ABOUT SIGHT INGESTED
Premise: We live in an age of ever-increasing visual stimuli perpetuated by the doom-scrolling-dopamine-meme-saccharin-fixes propelled by the likes of various social media platforms, and we live in an age of where we are told to be concerned about the food we consume – especially in an age of ultra-processed food. Sight Ingested seeks to act as both a critique and a proposed antidote to this current reality.The premise for Sight Ingested is to view / present artworks as nourishment, a feast for the eyes and soul, drawing upon the rich history of art and food (food as art, art as food).
Means: Sight Ingested – will consist of three Menu folios – a feasts for the eyes - and will feature 30 artists as A4 edition works on paper.

前提: 私たちは、さまざまなソーシャル メディア プラットフォームによって視覚的刺激が増え続ける時代に生きており、特に超加工食品の時代には、自分が摂取する食べ物について心配するように言われる時代に生きています。 。
Sight Ingested は、この現在の現実に対する批評と解毒剤の提案の両方として機能することを目指しています。Sight Ingested の前提は、芸術と食の豊かな歴史を踏まえ、芸術作品を栄養、目と魂の楽しみとして鑑賞/提示することです (アートとしての食、食としてのアート）。
意味: 視覚摂取 – 3 冊のメニュー フォリオ – 目の保養 – で構成され、30 人のアーティストが A4 版の紙の作品としてフィーチャーされます。
